While using the Elearning Solutions website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by these terms and conditions. You may not use the eLM website if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.

This edition of theElearning Solutions terms and conditions nullifies all previous, written or oral understandings or agreements, and extends to the removal of any other terms or conditions that you might try to enforce or introduce, or that are implied by regulation, commerce, tradition, activity, or course of dealing. Any adjustments to these terms and conditions will be posted on the website, and your ongoing use of the site shows your acceptance of them. As a precaution, please revisit this page periodically to ensure that you know any changes we have made, as they will be obligatory for you. Only a limited warranty is offered

For a period of one year from the date of receipt of login information, the Organization warrants that its e-learning content and platform software (the Course) will operate substantially in compliance with the corresponding written materials, provided that the minimum specifications of customer equipment and connectivity are met. If any implied warranties are imposed by applicable law, they are limited to 90 days from the date of receipt of valid login information, unless legislation prohibits it.

Solutions for customers

The Company’s and its suppliers’ entire responsibility and Customer’s sole solution shall be, at the Company’s choice, either (a) a refund of the Course’s purchase price, or (b) restoration or modification of the Course that does not meet this Limited Warranty and is reported to the Company with a copy of Customer’s proof of payment. If the Course fails due to an injury, assault, or misuse, this Limited Warranty is invalid. Any corrective solution will be warranted for the remaining warranty duration or thirty days, whichever comes first.

No other warranties 

With Respect to the course and any relevant written contents, the company and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The customer has exclusive legal rights under this limited warranty. Other rights can exist for the customer, depending on the jurisdiction.

No responsibility for losses

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, EVEN THOUGH THE COMPANY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY’S AND ITS SUPPLIERS’ TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY UNDER ANY CLAUSE OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE COURSE IN ANY CASE. THE ABOVE LIMITATION Does NOT APPLY IN SOME JURISDICTIONS BECAUSE THEY May NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

Restrictions on membership

After paying the course fee, each member will be given a unique user ID and password that they can use to access the materials. Under no conditions may a registered user share or distribute their user IDs or passwords to third parties, nor may a registered user show the course material to non-registered users for the purpose of learning. Members are not permitted to distribute the courseware found on this platform in any circumstances. Each course has its own license. Any violation of these terms would result in the account being suspended immediately, as well as additional charges for any additional unapproved uses of the course.

Policy on e-learning delivery

Cancellation and refund policy for e-learning

If you are unable to access the content you have purchased due to technical difficulties, our support team will work with you to resolve the issue. To view video files transmitted over the internet, you must have a working internet connection and the necessary equipment. You will obtain a complete refund for all unused material purchased if you have the proper link and equipment and we are unable to resolve the issue with you. The material for which a course certificate has been given is considered used content. 

Policy on Refund

The Elearning Solutions refund policy complies with the EU Distance Selling Directive (2000) and the Consumer Protection Regulations (2000), which govern distance selling in the United Kingdom. The legislation took effect in the year 2000 and covers all UK-based transactions in which the customer does not reach the seller. Contracts between companies are not governed by these regulations.

Consumer Protection

You have a seven-day cooling-off period under the regulation, after which you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund. You do not need to have a justification for cancelling your order. If you plan to cancel, your money will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation.

Conditions of Refund

A unique username and password are needed to access the Elearning Solutions e-learning website. The username and password are part of a framework that maintains the resource’s protection and allows Elearning Solutions to monitor individual uses. When a refund request is submitted, Elearning Solutions reserves the right to monitor an individual’s use of the following features (using his or her username and password):

  • Viewed specific pages
  • Usage frequency

If Elearning Solutions has reason to believe that a person has accessed some of the information they purchased, no refund will be provided.

The right to charge a handling fee is reserved by Elearning Solutions. (__ percent of the original fee).

Refunds in the Event of a Cancellation

We will refund your payment if you cancel your order during the 7-day cooling-off period. If you paid with a credit or debit card via our website, your refund will be processed within 30 days of your cancellation. If you pay by another method, you will receive a refund in the form of a check, which will be mailed to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
