Your name and email address will be used to create your training account, enroll you in the course(s) you’ve purchased, email you your enrolment information, provide instructor support, and keep track of your training records. Your contact information will only be used to inform you about your purchase or to provide assistance.

  • Courses that have been approved by an awarding organisation

We are expected to collect additional personal details for the course provider, such as date of birth and address, if you are taking an online course approved by an awarding organisation. This information is only used to enable the course provider to apply for your certificate from the awarding organisation.

  • We will securely store your name, email address, and phone number in order to provide you with details about our products and services that you request. Unless you become a client, your details will be deleted three months after your relationship with us ends.
